1. Browse Our Shop

Browse our shop and select from quantity and paper/material choices then add to the cart. Checkout with any major credit card.

2. Upload Your Design

After ordering your confirmation email will include a link to upload your files.

File Check

After you’ve uploaded your files we will check they are OK to print. We’ll either get back to you for any changes or process them for print. 

Delivery

Standard delivery is usually 10-14 days unless you chose a faster service and is normally via Kuroneko or Sagawa. We will let you know the tracking number when your order ships.

Uploads & Data Check

Look out for your order confirmation email which will include a link to upload your print data.

Once we’ve received your file and payment it will promptly be sent for production so please check your data carefully before sending. Please refer to our monkey perfect print specs HERE and if you need help please contact us before submitting your file.

We are not responsible for poorly printed materials due to original file issues and checking any proof we send if we help you is your responsibility.

Delivery

At Monkey Print we know how important your delivery gets to you in perfect condition and on time, that’s why we despatch the majority of orders using Kuroneko Yamato, fully tracked.

When will I receive my item?
We normally offer two shipping speeds depending on the product.
10-14 days – This is our budget option for the cheapest possible prices. Once we ship, delivery is usually two days depending on your location in Japan.

5-7 days – This is a premium option on some products or the default on others. Orders normally ship within 4 days and delivery is within 2 days depending on your location with Japan.

Can I get faster/rush shipping?
Honestly, it depends, some products we can do a next day turnaround, whereas some options like banners or with extra processing options like rounded corners will require longer. We usually try and work to any deadline at the best possible price so if you do have a deadline then please contact us and we will always do our best to help.

What if something goes wrong?
We do everything possible to reduce the arrival of damaged goods. In fact in 100s of deliveries we have never had any damage. That’s due to great packaging and using Kuroneko as our preferred delivery partner. If you do receive items that are damaged or there is an issue with print, then please conatct us here with a photograph and we will resolve the problem for you. Please do not dispose of the products until we have either asked you to return them or advised you to dispose of them.

Payment Options

We accept payment via credit card which can be via Visa, Mastercard or American Express. All payment are processed securely via Stripe We do not handle your credit card information. For orders over ¥100,000 we also accept bank payments. All payments are due before printing starts.

Invoice/Receipts

You will automatically receive a receipt once payment has been made via email.
