Data Check

Once we’ve received your file and payment it will promptly be sent for production so please check your data carefully before sending. Please refer to our monkey perfect print specs HERE and if you need help please contact us before submitting your file. We are not responsible for poorly printed materials due to original file issues and checking any proof we send if we help you is your responsibility.

FREE Delivery

Our standard order processing and delivery time is 10-14 days. Orders are all shipped tracked and require a signature on delivery. Delivery is normally via Japan Post or sometimes Kuroneko. 

Rush orders are possible on some items in 5-7 days. Please check each product to see if we offer this option. 

Some items depending on the time required for preparation have a single option of 7-10 days.

All items include free shipping Japan wide except for rush. If you have a particular deadline you need to meet then please let us know and we will do out best to help you.

Payment Options

We only accept payment via credit card which can be via Visa, Mastercard or American Express. All payment are processed securely via Stripe We do not handle your credit card information. 

Invoice

You will automatically receive an invoice once payment has been made via email.
